Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at MalhechoArt. We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Please review our shipping policy below:

• Processing Time: Orders for original artwork are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Prints and custom or commissioned pieces may take longer, and we will provide an estimated completion time upon order confirmation.

• Shipping Methods & Costs: MalhechoArt has various free shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Extra shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

• International Shipping: We ship free worldwide. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

• Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

• Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If you receive a damaged painting please save the damaged box, so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to
see the box & painting to launch their investigation. All our paintings are fully insured.

For lost shipments, please reach out so we can assist with filing a claim.

• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Due to possible time zone differences, this is the latest possible window for cancellations.

If you cancel after 24 hours, you will be responsible for covering the cost of any materials used.

If you cancel within 1-2 days of placing the order, a 25% fee will be applied.

If you cancel 3 or more days after placing the order, a 60% fee will be applied.

Returns Policy

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, refunds and exchanges are not possible.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

• How to Return an Item: The item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Returns should be sent to:

You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

If a refund is issued, the return shipping costs and any applicable fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

• Additional Notes: Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

If returning an item valued over $75, we highly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
