Where contemporary painting meets a creation myth of my own making. Since 2015, I’ve been developing the story of “Los Malhechos”, primordial beings who, in this myth, forged the universe, shaped nature, and gave life to our world. As I painted, their story emerged; as their story deepened, the paintings evolved. Myth and art grew together, inseparable, each giving purpose to the other.

“Los Malhechos” embody the essential forces of creation—transformative fire, restorative water, awakening air, and grounding earth. Through their harmony, the foundations of life were formed. My paintings capture fragments of their journey: glimpses of the moment when chaos became order, when energy became landscape, when existence began.
