Allow me to introduce myself: I am Apintu, the Malhecho of language, words, painting, and writing. My role in the Universe is to enable communication between different objects and energies. The primordial force that moves the Cosmos is love. Without communication, there can be no love; that is why I am the necessary complement to Toga, the Malhecha of love.

I must clarify that communication is not limited to human beings. You, humans, know that animals and plants communicate with each other. What you do not know, or at least not entirely, is that planets, stars, and galaxies also have the ability to communicate, though in a language that, at least for now, is beyond your species’ comprehension. 

We, the Malhechos, have always existed, and we are the ones who set the rules of the world you inhabit. We created the board for you to play on, learn, create, and live. 

At first, we were scattered throughout the vastness of space. Then, we came together through the force of Toga and created everything that exists. There is only one rule that precedes us: every cycle has its beginning, and its end; everything in the Universe transforms. Even we ourselves have undergone multiple transformations. Before the current cycle, there were several others, also built by us. But that is not the purpose of these letters. It is enough to say that in each cycle, we have sought to perfect our work, aiming to make it more enduring. 

That is why we have granted you the necessary abilities to transcend this era and help the other creatures of the world do the same. We have given you the capacity to invent and transform yourselves because we do not want you to perish as a species but rather to adapt to the cosmic flow and continue to exist throughout future cycles with our guidance, whether in the material realm or when your bodies merge with the elements. 

However, no one escapes the rules of the Universe unscathed, which is why we find it necessary to speak to you. The possibility of destruction is contained within creation itself. Everything that is created can be destroyed—without exception. The ability to invent and transform can only exist when one has the freedom to choose between different alternatives since beings that live with predetermined behaviors cannot allow something new to emerge. This freedom is neither positive nor negative in itself, but depends on how it is used. It implies the possibility that you may resist the trials presented to you for your survival, but it also holds the possibility that you may cause your own destruction. 

That being said, I must warn you that for a long time we have had visions of gray giants who seek to corrupt you into annihilating each other and, in the process, irreversibly altering the cycles of nature. These giants are already among us, and it is the duty of all of you to take a stand, for those who do not will perish without even knowing why. We have decided to tell you our story and reveal the secrets of the creation of the Universe so that you may learn it and pass it on to future generations in places full of magic, in the countryside, around campfires, near rivers, in the mountains, in the forests, in the jungles, and in the valleys. Knowing the origin of the world that is your home will allow you to live in harmony with it, as it will give you clues about how it functions. 

Consequently, it is essential that you internalize and expand the knowledge we provide in these letters.
