I entered the vigil startled. I moved, but I did not progress. My movements were like convulsions, arbitrary, for dance without music can hardly have order. The vibrations around me were chaotic, there was no harmony between them. Everything around me was black, there was no light anywhere. I didn’t know what I was doing there, as I had been in the dreamlike state for a long time. Toga appeared to me and told me to wait where I was, that soon the answer to all my questions would come. She assured me that she had taken me out of the realm of sleep with a purpose that I would understand when the right moment came.
—»Zanda, you are movement and vitality, but you must learn the gift of patience before reuniting with your companion.” she told me.
—»And how long must I wait?” I asked.
—»An eternity, perhaps”.
—»And how long will I be with him?”
—“As of now, only for a brief moment.”
—»It seems like an unfair deal.”
—»My dear Zanda, remember that an instant can make an entire life worth living. Reflect on that” Toga stated before disappearing.
So, I waited until I sensed an energy in the distance. It was a faint energy, but it transmitted a sense of peace to me. Suddenly, the vibrations around me began to move in patterns I didn’t recognize, though I deduced they had an order. I felt vibrations that, at that moment, seemed strange to me, coming together with mine. And my vibrations, alongside these new vibrations, began to dance in such a way that they brushed against each other, generating electricity with friction. With Camus, we only managed to greet each other as an irresistible force made us merge into an embrace. Then, we heard a deafening noise and saw a light: it was a lightning bolt, the lightning that gave rise to sound in the Universe. Camus and I disintegrated, taking the first step in the process of creating something new.
